1. Who we are

The data controller is BTA Advising S.R.L., operating under the commercial name BTA Enterprises, with registered office in Bucharest, Romania.

BTA Enterprises operates in the fields of financial consulting, insurance, real estate, business consulting and coaching. As data controller, we assume responsibility for protecting the personal data you entrust to us.

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only in situations where you provide it directly to us, through:

The contact form

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Area of interest (requested service category)
• Content of the message sent

Automatically collected data

• Technical session data (essential cookies for website operation)
• IP address (for security and abuse prevention purposes)

We do not collect sensitive data (ethnic origin, political opinions, health data, biometric data).

• Contact form data: maximum 2 years from the last interaction or until withdrawal of consent
• Active client data: for the duration of the contractual relationship plus 5 years (in accordance with Romanian fiscal and legal obligations)
• Technical data (IP, logs): maximum 90 days

Upon expiry of the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

• Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without negative consequences
